When you purchase and pay for an e-Book from Reformers, we supply a zip file containing the formats the publisher has provided: epub and prc (e.g. for iphone, ipad and selected e-book readers). You receive a download link immediately if you pay online by credit card. However, if you pay offline, you will need to contact our staff to arrange the download link for you.

You will not receive a physical copy of this book. Please note: as our e-Books are keenly priced, no further discounts apply, and e-Book purchases do not count towards the $90 free postage offer for Australian and New Zealand retail customers who order and pay online (as they are a downloadable product and not posted out).
