When Are You Open? Where Do You Ship Goods?

The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with a 7pm close on Thursdays. (Closed on public holidays). You can also buy online through our secure web site (open 24 hours per day) or by email, mail or phone.


We ship goods throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, direct credit, cheque, money order and gift vouchers.


All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST. (If you are an overseas customer, the website will calculate your order as GST-exempt and you will not be charged Australian GST.)


How Do I Place Orders?

You can order using our secure website. Go to the Your Account menu (on the right hand side of this page) and enter your username and password to log in (if already registered) or click Register (for new customers). Once you are ready to purchase, click on View Cart or Checkout in the Your Cart menu. You can also use our Mail Order Form or you can ring (02) 9564 3555 during business hours, and our staff will be happy to assist. Click on Ordering Information for further details.

 
What formats are the e-Books in? When do I receive the download file?

When you purchase and pay for an e-Book from Reformers, we supply a zip file containing the formats the publisher has provided: epub and prc (e.g. for iphone, ipad and selected e-Book readers). You receive a download link almost immediately if you pay online by credit card. However, if you pay offline, you will need to contact our staff to arrange the download link for you. You will not receive a physical copy of this book.

Please note: as our e-Books are keenly priced, no further discounts apply, and e-Book purchases do not count towards the $90 free postage offer for Australian and New Zealand retail customers who order and pay online (as they are a downloadable product and not posted out).


How Secure Are My Transactions?

The web site has security measures in place to protect you from loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All personal and electronic information transferred is encrypted to ensure that it cannot be read by a third party. Reformers Bookshop uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial information.

 
How Quickly Will You Ship My Orders?

If the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of your order (unless otherwise advised). Books on backorder may need to be imported from overseas; in which case the lead time may be up to five weeks, and of course depending on the publisher's stocks.

 
Do You Accept Refunds? Do You Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

When buying over the internet, you might not be entirely sure what the product is going to be like. That's why we offer a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on products we sell via the internet. If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item purchased via our website, contact us to arrange a Return Authorisation, and return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).


Can I Order Items That Are Out Of Stock?

Yes, we accept backorders. Contact us to place a backorder.


How Do I Find The Bookshop If I Want To Come and Browse?

The bookshop is located at 140 Albany Road Stanmore, on the grounds of Stanmore Baptist Church (just to the left of the church), 10 minutes from the Sydney CBD. (Park out front and follow the signs). There is a map on the Contact Us Page. If you want to come by train, Stanmore Railway Station is nearby – see the map.

 
Do You Offer Discounts/Donations?

We provide books on a sale-or-return basis for many church bookstalls, camps and conferences. As part of that arrangement, we offer a 10% (or larger) donation to the Christian mission of your choice. These arrangements are very popular - see About Reformers Christian Bookshop for more information.

 
I Don't Know What Books to Pick For Our Church Camp:

If you tell us the topic or theme for the camp (and the age range of those attending), we’ll happily put together a bookstall for you. You can either pick the books up or have us post them to you. We will be pleased to help you in whatever way we can. See the About Reformers Christian Bookshop page for more information.

 
How do I Join (or Leave) the Mailing List?

We distribute our brochures by both email and Australia Post mail-out.

To Join The Mailing List: Click the Subscribe Now button on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be given the option to receive the mailed-out or email versions of the brochure.


To Leave the Mailing List: Click Unsubscribe Now and complete the appropriate form, and we will remove you from the appropriate list.

 
Do You Have a Privacy Policy?

Yes. Click Privacy Policy on the left hand side menu for details. In summary, the Reformers Website uses forms for customers to request information, products and services. The forms require your contact information (e.g. name, address and email address) so we can ship the order to your delivery address and contact you if necessary. The forms also request financial (payment) information so that we can process your purchases. In addition, from this contact information we build up a mailing list (either post or email) which we use to send you brochures. You can opt out of this at any time.
